CHALLENGE: To revitalize a lagging instant vegetarian soup cup line by creating new global flavors with appetizing aromas, high visual appeal, and tantalizing textures, while appeasing both discriminating tastes and health concerns.

RESULTS: Through Chefs’ Council flavor panel input, qualitative, and quantitative consumer research, this on-trend, reformulated, “restaurant quality” line of soups regained prominent shelf space for the client.
