Former Director of the National Baking Center and Manager of Bakery Product Development for Starbucks, Greg is now the Executive Vice President of Product Development for Crestone Group, LLC. Crestone Group, with bakeries in five states, supplies fresh daily pastries as well as frozen breads to QSRs and restaurants throughout the US. Greg is one of 150 Certified Master Bakers working in the U.S. today, as well as a Certified Research Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, and Culinary Educator.
