Craig is the chef-proprietor of Delfina, a nationally acclaimed Italian restaurant in San Francisco's Mission district, and Pizzeria Delfina, serving Neapolitan-inspired pizza and specialty pies. Craig has garnered a loyal following for preparing delicious, soulful Italian food with a commitment to local, seasonal ingredients. A New York native, Stoll has over 26 years experience in the restaurant industry. In 2005, Craig was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef California.
