![]() Nam Singh, L.Ac., O.M.D., N.C., Chinese Medicince Practioner, Chef & Author Member since 2009Nam Singh, L.Ac., O.M.D., N.C., is a practitioner of all eight limbs of Chinese Medicine: Meditation, Exercise, Diet, Herbology, Astrology, Feng Shui, Massage, Acupuncture and Moxabustion. He is a graduate of the Tai Pei Institute of Traditional Pharmacology and Acupuncture, and Wei Chuanís Culinary Institute Tai Pei. He is also a chef specializing in Chinese medicinal cuisine. Mr. Singh, who has cooked at China Moon and Monsoon Restaurants, has worked extensively throughout the San Francisco Bay Area restaurant scene. Chef Singh has collaborated on two well-received books, Between Heaven and EarthóA Guide to Chinese Medicine and Chinese Immigrant Cooking. He teaches cooking with Chinese herbs and has extensive catering experience. |
