David has cooked in restaurants in New York, San Francisco, the Napa Valley, London, in Provence, and in many of Italy's famous regions. He is the author of Mediterranean Summer, published by Broadway Books and has worked for over two decades in the food business as a chef and television culinary producer alongside some of America's most celebrated chefs including Jacques Pepin and Michael Chiarello. He is the founder of VOLOCHEF™ Culinary Solutions, a food and media industry multi-service provider, and lives in San Francisco.
