![]() Andrea Rappaport Private Chef Member since 2000After stints at restaurants in Madison, Wisconsin, and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Andrea landed a job with Wolfgang Puck at Eureka brewery/ restaurant in Los Angeles. Later, Andrea slid over to Puck's seminal Spago, where she worked until moving to Las Vegas to open its Spago branch. She left to become executive chef at Zinzino in San Francisco. Andrea now applies her talent as a personal chef. |
