![]() Maria Morrison Nutritionist Member since 1997Maria uses her degree in Nutrition and her culinary training from the California Culinary Academy to assist in developing creative new foods in the baked goods, pastry and children's food categories. She is the former pastry chef of Lalime's in Berkeley and also served as the catering production manager/pastry chef for Jimmy Bean's Cafés. Prior to that, she practiced her pastry craft at four star hotels in Chicago and San Francisco. |
