Executive chef and owner of Café Rouge in Berkeley, CA, Marsha is a graduate of UC Berkeley and the California Culinary Academy. She has worked in the field for 25 years. Prior to opening Café Rouge in 1996, Marsha worked for 9 years at Zuni Café in San Francisco. Marsha was named one of the Top 10 New Chefs by Food & Wine magazine. Her recipes have appeared in Gourmet, Bon Appétit and Food & Wine.
