A graduate of the CIA in New York, Chris has worked in many acclaimed restaurants on both coasts, among them Quilted Giraffe, Gotham Bar and Grill, and Campton Place Hotel. He was executive chef for seven years at the Kimpton Group's Splendido in San Francisco and subsequently opened his own restaurant, The Frog and The Peach in Mill Valley, CA. He is the managing partner of Jam Packed Restaurants, a restaurant business consultancy, and consults for Vine Solutions and Global Wine Company. Christopher also finds time to serve as judge at wine competitions across the U.S.
