Susan is a professional chef with over 20 years of experience as a consultant, instructor, caterer and director with some of the finest restaurants, hotels and culinary academies throughout the world. Susan has worked with Naturegate where she developed concept and design of food and beverage menus. As a consultant to Neiman Marcus merchandizing specialty and gourmet products, she focused on retail market, strategic planning, marketing and store openings. Susan was the head of Dining Services at the University of California and an instructor at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. While at CCA, Susan was a featured chef in the award winning television show, "Cooking at the Academy."
