Jeff has been sous chef of Patina in Los Angeles, and executive chef at Vertigo and Loongbar in San Francisco. As a consultant Jeff has worked for Nobu in New York, and Matsuhisa, Rubicon and Nobu in Las Vegas. Currently, Jeff is proprietor of Savoir Faire, a company that provides exclusive private catering in San Francisco. In 2006, he was the Guest Chef at Le Kliff, named "The most beautiful restaurant in México" by Club 10 magazine. |
