A food service consultant, Jenny has experience working in restaurants in both the Bay Area and New York City. She has a Masters of Arts from NYU in Food Studies a BS from San Jose State in Food Sciences & Dietetics as well as Hospitality Management and Business, and a Culinary Arts degree from California Culinary Academy. In addition to having owned J. Huston Catering and Consulting for 17 years, she has taught at California Culinary Academy, City College of San Francisco and Laney College Culinary Arts programs.
