After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Andrew moved to San Francisco to expand his culinary horizons. He has worked in the foodservice industry for more than 20 years in research and development, restaurant operations, e-commerce and marketing. The former manager of culinary operations for Darden Restaurants, and The Olive Garden, Andrew is currently the vice president of research and development for Wolfgang Puck Cafes.
