As group chef of the Lark Creek Restaurant Group, Adrian combines his international culinary experience from Italy, Japan, France and Israel with his American cuisine knowledge to define a culinary identity all his own. He oversees the culinary excellence of each of the group's ten locations. Prior to joining Lark Creek Group in 2000 as chef of One Market, he cooked at The River Café in Brooklyn, Osteria Del Circo, and Le Cirque in New York, Olives in Boston and Tamarind in Israel.
