The original chef at Chez Panisse Café, Shelley has taught at the California Culinary Academy, run a children’s cooking camp, developed a PBS series and freelanced as a food writer for publications including SF Focus and Family Circle. Shelley is known for her artful out-of-the-box creativity especially in children’s food products.
