Award-winning author, Janet Fletcher has been writing to culinary audiences for over 15 years. She is a staff writer for the San Francisco Chronicle and her works appear frequently in Bon Appétit, Fine Cooking and Eating Well. Janet has published eleven books, including The Cheese Course, Fresh from the Farmer’s Market, the award-winning Savoring America and Michael Chiarello's Casual Cooking, winner of the 2003 IACP Cookbook Award. Cheese fans clamor for her weekly Cheese Pairing column in the Chronicle Wine section.
