Michael Dellar is co-founder and co-proprietor of the ten-restaurant Lark Creek Restaurant Group, founded in 1988. His restaurants include One Market, Lark Creek Inn and Yankee Pier. His newest project is Lark Creek Steak in the San Francisco Westfield Centre. He and partner Bradley Ogden have also opened restaurant Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, named Best New Restaurant of 2004 by the prestigious James Beard Foundation.
