Jennifer Cox is Director of Culinary/Executive Chef for Joie de Vivre (JDV) Hotels in San Francisco where she oversees restaurants and chefs at 38 properties. Jennifer came to JDV with an extensive culinary career that includes recent experience as corporate executive chef for the Compass Group. Prior to that, she has led kitchens at a number of esteemed San Francisco restaurants including Citizen Cake where she was also a partner, Montage in the Sony Metreon, La Scène Café and the storied China Moon Café. Jennifer has traveled and cooked extensively in China and the Yucatan.
