Jennifer came to JDV with an extensive culinary career that includes recent experience as corporate executive chef for the Compass Group. Prior to that, she has led kitchens at a number of esteemed San Francisco restaurants including Citizen Cake where she was also a partner, Montage in the Sony Metreon, La Scène Café and the storied China Moon Café. Jennifer has traveled and cooked extensively in China and the Yucatan. |
