Peter is a Certified Master Baker and a member of the Bread Baker’s Guild of America. He is currently the quality assurance coordinator for Il Fornaio Bakeries, where he was previously Manager of Bakery Training for over seven years. A former bakery/café owner himself, Peter is also on the board of The Bread Project, a non-profit job training program which teaches culinary skills to people with low incomes.
