Chris has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry, including fine dining restaurants, high-end catering, and teaching at the California Culinary Academy. Most recently, Camp was Executive/Regional Chef with Sodexho USA higher education division. Chris’ background in campus dining and quick service food applications, combined with his passion for food and life, are a great asset within the Chefs’ Council.
