With his international upbringing, Tony Breeze has been a leader in French/California up-scale cuisine in San Francisco for over 15 years. Growing up in the UK, and Tripoli, Libya, Tony understood the value of multi-cultural experience at an early age. He has subsequently worked and traveled extensively in Europe, Asia, Africa and the US. Cultivating his unique cooking style from his exposure to exotic cuisine and traditional French cooking, Tony has been honored with accolades on local and international levels. He spent 11 years as Regional Executive Chef for Hyatt Regency San Francisco. Most recently, he opened the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Maryland, where he is the Executive Chef.
