She continues to be influential in her field as a contributor to Sunset Books, Starbuck’s Cookbooks, Safeway’s in-store magazine “Select” and other regional publications. An avid traveler, Betsy’s cooking style is influenced by her experiences in Mexico, the Mediterranean, Scandinavia and Malaysia. Coupling these experiences with her education in nutrition, Betsy creates lowfat, everyday cooking with flavors from around the world. |
