Our Team![]() Lisa StrickExecutive Innovation Director Ahhh … childhood memories … baking brownies with Grandma while watching Bewitched …Lisa shushed everyone so she could hear the commercials. After college, trekking across Europe, Lisa rated each country based on their ice cream (Italy was the hands-down favorite). It was only a matter a time before her love for food and marketing collided. With 15+ years of brand-building experience on both the agency and client side, Lisa has developed innovative products and creative marketing programs for world-class organizations such as; Procter & Gamble, General Foods, Unilever, ConAgra, Maybelline, Pfizer, LeapFrog, Mattel, Playmates, LA Philharmonic, and Avery-Dennison. She holds a BA in Psychology, an MBA in Marketing and International Business, and three passports full of stamps. Lisa can be found running with the bulls or chasing leaves with her nephews, inventing a new salsa recipe or taking a salsa lesson! A trained brainstormer and facilitator, Lisa is certified in the proven Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Process from CPSI. Insatiably curious about human behavior and motivation and frequently pondering life’s intention, Lisa often asks, “Mmm…do you smell brownies?” |
